Review of lead zirconate-based antiferroelectric films

چکیده

It has been nearly 70 years since the first discovery of anti-ferroelectric. The unique electric field induced phase transition behaviors show great potential in energy storage, electrocaloric, negative capacitance, thermal switching, <i>etc</i>. With development advanced synthesis technology and trend miniaturization integration devices, more attentions have paid to high quality functional oxide films. A large number studies shown that anti-ferroelectric thin film shows novel properties than bulks, but it also faces challenges, such as:strain by lattice mismatch, size effect, In this review, history lead zirconate based is reviewed, structure, application are discussed. We hope paper will attract researchers pay attention anti-ferroelectric, jointly develop new materials explore applications.
